Wimpy Guard Dog

So Davy sometimes gets scared easily...which is so humorous to us.

Ray ran to the store and came home with a pumpkin too! So thoughtful! (And thinking he might put it in a place other than right where someone might walk to get inside might be asking too much!)

Our front door was open and Davy was walking/trotting into the living room from the kitchen. That means his view is of the front door. As soon as he saw the pumpkin he put on his breaks which caused his little paws to slide all over our wood floor. He got back up and then slowly inched toward the front door to check out the new visitor. We let him out to see what he would do. He cautiously checked it out and decided it would be OK. He even acted the same way when checking out some Fall decorations at my parent's house the other night. As my dad would say...dumb dog! :)
