Celebrating Raymond's birthday (Feb. 5th) was very low key. He wanted to eat at Poblano and he wanted a red velvet cake with chocolate icing. That really surprised me but I was happy to make it...lopsided and all. I got him tickets to the Kenny Chesney concert in May.
Also, for his birthday my parents took us to Pop's which is a fairly new place. Half gas station half diner it is called Pops because it has a ton of different flavors of pop. The building was fun and we came home with a fun flavored bottle of pop (I would much rather call it soda) but we don't have to go back again for the food.
